Dear Brothers & Sisters:
Our brother Eric Mutale continues his gospel outreach activities faithfully sharing the True Gospel on the front lines in East Africa.
In 2024 Eric successfully completed a major distribution of Gospel Tracts and “The End of the Church Age And After” (TEOTCAAA) booklets in Tanzania, Kenya, Uganda and Malawi. We say “successfully” because the receptivity to the tract was nothing short of amazing, the authorities did not hinder the work, and Eric was able to verbally share and discuss the truths of the gospel with thousands including many young people. Africa has the youngest population in the world, with 70% of sub-Saharan Africa under the age of 30. Young people in abundance were presented with the true gospel.
Please take a few minutes and read some of the reports. They are so encouraging! The thing is, we have God’s absolute assurance that there is a great work of salvation going on today outside the churches (a great multitude, which no man can number, Revelation 7:9). The mantra today is found in Matthew 20:16 So the last shall be first, and the first last: for many be called, but few chosen. The Bible provides plenty of proof that this end-time harvest is like no other in the history of God’s salvation plan, but it requires you and me who know the truth to get that precious gospel out to the masses, the greater majority of whom are very poor and do not have immediate internet access.
The Reports on this page begin with the conclusion of Eric’s recent Zambia tract distribution which finished up in Chipata City on 15-April-2025. (Click link to view the reports of Eric’s tract distribution campaign in Zambia.) Eric’s subsequent tract distribution efforts in Malawi follow.
[Editor’s note: Our apologies for having fallen behind in terms of promptly passing along updates from brother Eric Mutale. These reports from Malawi cover the two-week period from 16-April to 30-April, 2025 and the conclusion of this ~30 day, 300,000 tract, eight-city distribution effort in Zambia and Malawi where many thousands have received a tract, any one of whom are a candidate to be one of God’s elect. One thing that stands out is the trust that so many have in the churches and the fact that there is a spiritual thirst especially among young people who may be less entrenched in the churches. Your prayers and financial support are greatly encouraged and urgently needed for the ongoing effort to share the true gospel of salvation outside the churches throughout the world.

Hello brother Brad
This report is for Chipata City, day three and four.
On Monday, 14 April I went to Chipata City centre and again I found myself sharing the gospel in and around a very big Market, the Saturday Market as it is known but it is not specifically for Saturdays only, is just a name.
It was a full day effort and I stood at the main entrance of the market but also shared tracts with people passing on the other side of the Malawi Lusaka Highway known as Umozi Road.
Reception was as usual, very high and a couple of people asked a few questions especially upon reading “TEOTCAAA” [tract entitled, “The End of the Church Age and After”].
I was also able to walk inside the market, along service roads on both sides of the highway, among motorcycle taxis and bus stages.
Later in the afternoon I moved to Kafula Road which links the two Chipatas, Old Chipata (Kapata) and New Chipata. In each of these places reception was very high among the youth vending various goods in both areas.
On Tuesday, 15 April, I concentrated at the main bus terminal, targeting buses leaving and coming from various villages but also other cities and even those going to Malawi boarder of which is just 30 minutes drive.
It was amazing that many mini buses would stop and ask I share tracts to passengers.
One notable thing about sharing the gospel in Zambia and Malawi is that almost everyone would speak to me in either Chewa or Bemba or Nyanja, of course many demand tracts in their languages even though they do understand English.
I shared the gospel up until around 3pm when I left Chipata for Malawi thus concluding Zambia Tracts sharing for April 2025.
May God be merciful unto thousands among the thousands of people who picked tracts as well as those at home.
Kindly pray for Zambia, one sad truth about all these countries I have visited is that the trust on churches is so deep and wide so much so that thousands cannot comprehend life without a church. Many people who ask questions will say “which church is this?” Upon hearing my response they will say “how can that be, how is that possible?” This means there is still alot of work we just have to prayerfully continue sharing the gospel. Still thousands of others will just say “thank you, I will read it.”

Lilongwe, Malawi

Hello brother Brad
This is my first report for Malawi, April 2025 and the city is LILONGWE.
Once again, I thank our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ for enabling me to come back to this city.
After arriving from Chipata, Zambia in the night I had to rest up until late in the afternoon and then I went to that junction I shared the gospel last year because I saw a very high rate of reception.
I arrived there at around 5.45pm just as people were starting to return home from work. These are poor people who cannot even afford a few Kwachas for transportation. At first one would think there are not many people along this road but as you spend the rest of the hours till dark literally thousands of people come almost in a single file, making it easy to share tracts. And so it started very slowly, not that people were not accepting tracts but they were few.
I shared the gospel until after dark, used my phone torch and positioned it in such a way that it will show me and somehow enable people read the titles. It was my first time to use this method to extend sharing the gospel and I ended up sharing about 3,000 plus tracts in just a few hours.
Pleasing to the Lord, today will be a full day effort and I will go to the city center at a spot which I discovered when I was arriving from Chipata last night.
It is a blessing for Lilongwe City to be visited for the second time in less than six months and hopefully there are many God’s elect in this beautiful city too.
Thank you for your continued prayer as I begin sharing the gospel in Malawi for the second time [first time was December 2024.]
All thanks and praises is to the Lord Jesus Christ.

21-April-2025
Hello brother Brad
This is a combined report for Lilongwe day 2 to day 5.
Again, I thank our Lord and Savior for Lilongwe City.
Full day started on 16 April and I concentrated at the Lilongwe Central Bus Terminal. I did not enter the terminal but distributed tracts along the main road passing outside the terminal which brings people from all over the country, a big market and literally thousands of yound people going to and from selling small small merchandise.
It was an extremely busy street and contrary to what I have seen in many cities like Lusaka, the reception was exceptionally high, almost everyone picked a tract, other asked for 10, 50, 100 tracts to share with loved ones, including those who say “…I will take the tracts to our church…” a tiny number rejected but many of those rejecting will do so because they do not know what the tracts are for. I shared the gospel on both sides of the street, in the passing commercial mini buses taking people in and around the city, even people in private cars would stop and call me for a tract.
I worked here up until past 9pm.
Day 3
17 April-2025
Day three started around 10am, and it was on the one side of the Lilongwe Bridge which is still under construction since I first came to Lilongwe December 2024. This place is where I met the blindman last year and before crossing the bridge to the West of the City.
It too was fantastic, you share tracts without getting the feeling of tiredness and it went on until night again.
Actually, sharing the gospel in the evening assures tracts reach many homes within and beyond big cities.
Day 4
18 April-2025
This was another wonderful day of sharing tracts, this time to the northern part of the Lilongwe bridge across. Here I targeted people coming/going to various neighborhoods.
Day 5
19 April-2025
This was my last day in Lilongwe and I came out of the city at a location where the main road to Blantyre, Southern Part of Malawi passes. At this spot, I met hundreds of people coming to catch buses to other parts of Malawi, I shared tracts to people selling there, those coming to board mini buses as well as those living around the area. There is a gas station where I stood at a junction of three roads each bringing hundreds of people.
As is with other parts of Malawi and Zambia, people here speak their local languages to everyone and almost all insists a tract in their Wemba or Tumbuka or some other language.
Later in the evening, after finishing all tracts for Lilongwe, I left for Blantyre.
Thank you all for Lilongwe and may our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ bless His word in the hearts and minds of His People both to will and to do whatever is pleasing to do.
Kindly pray for the people of Lilongwe.
Brother Eric Mutalë
Lunzu, Blantyre

When I was traveling from Lilongwe to Blantyre, I displayed 4 bundles of tracts and by the time we reached Zarewa Town the driver stopped for passengers to buy refreshments. A group of young people came and asked me to give them the tracts so that they could share with people. It did not take 10 minutes and all the 400-500 tracts were distributed

Hello brother Brad
Yesterday was day one for Blantyre, second city in my April 2025 Malawi tracts distribution efforts.
Once again, Blantyre had yet another opportunity to hear the gospel of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ and right from the start, reception was just super super..many…two young men just came from nowhere and grabbed tracts from my bag and started to help.
It was at the Phyun Shopping Mall and around many others, bus stage that operates taking people all over Blantyre and a vey big market to the south.
I actually had asked a friend to show me where I can meet people who come from the many neighborhoods and he insisted Phyun Area, he said “…the whole Blantyre comes here…”
People would come from all directions, stand around me waiting to receive their copies…”…is it for God, from the Bible” and some “from the Church?” is what I could hear…in Chewa they say “…Mulungu…” meaning God.
I worked here until it was dark, then moved to a street location within the area where there was clear light and worked up until 9am then I left for my hotel which is on the highway to Lilongwe.
O may the Lord’s perfect will be done, may there be many among those who will read the tracts who are God’s elect.
Today I am at one other location where literally hundred of thousands of people pass walking back to their homes after daily activities…actually this spot is number one in Blantyre.
Prior to that time, I will work in and around the area I am staying as I wait to go to that spot around 2 or 3 pm.
Thank you all for your continued prayers for the work of the Lord

Hello brother Brad
This report is for Blantyre tracts distribution day 2 and 3.
Once again, I thank the Lord for His continued guidance and protection, enabling me to share the gospel to the people in and around Malawi’s biggest city, Blantyre.
This city is still leading among all places I have distributed gospel tracts in terms of reception, it is still very high so much that, if we were at least 2 workers we could share about 15,000 tracts a day in just one location.
I spent the aftwrnoon at Petroda Gas Filling Station, Mbayani Area which is along Blantyre-Lilongwe Highway just outside city centre.
Here I targeted people coming from South-East of Blantyre going to two very big neighborhoods on both sides of the highway where very poor people live.
Here, I stood close to the filling station entry and was able to meet thousands of people walking along the highway in a single file. It started slowly but picked up so much so that there is no break, many times I will be sorounded by people, giving tracts with my right hand but many taking tracts by themselves on my left hand, others went to my distribution bag which was open and took tracts.
Scores took at least ten for their loved ones.
Since both sides of the road had thousands of people, I decided to put tracts on the ridge on the other side and hundreds picked tracts by themselves. I will just shout “pick one” and it was like we were two distributors, a strategy I have never used before.
Then came a young man selling small small things, laid down his merchandise and came to me asking to help. He took a couple of bundles and went up the road where there is another line walking in the same direction and before I could realise, another young man came and asked to help. He went along the highway sharing tracts to people who sell fruits, vegetables and other things sitting on the ground as they could not come where I was to pick tracts.
This was very enjoyable to see, in total it was like we were four distributors and we shared over seven thousand tracts until darkness came.
O praise the Lord for His mercies!
The next day, Wednesday I moved further along the Lilongwe Highway to a place called Kameeza, where there is a junction to Malawi’s biggest Airport, communities on both sides and a couple of schools. At this place there is a big taxi rank where people who do not want big buses but use taxis to travel all over Malawi where I also shared thousands of tracts before leaving Blantyre for Lilongwe on my way to Mzuzu from where I am writing this report
I arrived in Lilongwe in the night, spent a few hours of the night and left yesterday for Mzuzu at around 8am.
Due to extremely bad road conditions big buses have stopped operating between Blantyre/Lilongwe to Mzuzu and so used small cars and actually changed three cars before reaching Mzuzu last night. It was tough, especially moving boxes of tracts. I had no other option but I thank the Lord, I reached Mzuzu around 10:30pm in the night.
I need to rest today because i am very exhausted.
I am attaching a few photos for Blantyre.
Thank you again for prayers and as love for our neighbours, our desire is salvation to many people, a great multitude we can never count according to our Lord’s promise be saved.
A few discussions, questions from people reveals there is a big hunger, spiritual hunger in all these places, there is a trust to the churches so much that many can’t differentiate the churches from the Bible.
Effectively they have placed the churches above the Bible because they can’t understand how come the tracts are from no church(?).
The fields are indeed white [unto harvest].

Hello brother Brad
When I sent my last report for Blantyre I said I will rest for the day but that was not the case.
I just came back from sharing thousands of tracts in the city of Mzuzu with Herald, a friend I met in December 2024 when I first came here.
We started at an area known as Car Park until it got dark and then moved to another location called Mini Bus Park where there is evening Market also.
Reception was very high as usual mostly younger generation who appear to have no deep roots in churches
It started slowly but reached a stage where people will cross from the other side of the road to come pick tracts.
Moving to Mini bus park, we mainly distributed among people buying and selling different types of merchandise, there is also the main road which had many people walking home from their various working places.
We worked until dark and strange thing about Malawi is that the sun sets before 6pm and so we positioned ourselves where there were street lights for people to see and decide.
Thus ended Mzuzu day one.
May God touch the hearts of many unto salvation in this second efforts here in Mzuzu within about four months or so.

28-April-2025
Hello brother Brad
This is the final report (day 2 & 3) for Mzuzu City
First of all I thank our Lord Jesus Christ for his mercies which endureth forever in making it possible to share the gospel with the people of Mzuzu once again.
On day two, it started by raining till afternoon hours…by the way, Mzuzu is a City that receives rain throughout the year, it is ever green and the people here love it that way. [Deuteronomy 32:1-3]
After the rain me and Herald went to Kaunjika and Zikwakwa markets. These markets are separated by a road and both have thousands of active sellers and buyers.
As soon as we arrived we stood at the junction joining the two markets Herald on one side and me on the other.
Contrary to the fact that where there are many people is hard to share tracts these areas are different, in fact many many times we were swarmed with people queuing to get a copy…others in cars, bicycle taxi riders with extremely few discarded tracts…thousands of tracts shared at this market until our distribution bags were empty and had worked only for a little more than five hours.
Herald took photos and videos but they were not in good quality.
Day three was done at Bata Street where we met many people coming from churches but really there were not much questions.
The only time someone will not pick a tract is because they don’t know or their mind was far.
I then left Mzuzu for Karonga which is the last city for Malawi and the entire April 2025 tracts distribution in Zambia and Malawi.
May the Lord work to mightily draw many people unto Jesus because the Bible clearly teaches that no human being can go to Jesus except the father draws him.
Thank you all so much for your prayers for the people of Mzuzu.

30-April-3025
Hello brother Brad
This report is for Karonga City, the last city in Malawi and the entire April 2025 tracts distribution efforts in Zambia and Malawi.
I thank our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ for making it possible to reach Karonga and be able to share the precious news, the gospel of Jesus Christ.
I was able to share a few thousand remaining tracts to the people in Karonga where almost no one rejected a tract.
I distributed tracts in three main areas where many people can be found.
The Bus Terminal, Street Market and Banking areas which are joined by two streets and I stood at the junction so as to meet people coming and going to different directions.
I also walked along the shops to share tracts to those selling in the shops, ground markets, Car, motorcycle and bicycle garages and it was amazing to see people accept tracts.
I faced a number of questions and there was this young medical doctor who picked a tract and asked if we can talk a little bit about the Bible in general.
He had lost hope in churches and said he does not listen to anyone who call themselves “prophets or apostles” that somehow he knows it can not be for this time but he too said that he does not attend any church for a while because he somehow lost faith in them.
I discussed with him about the authority of the Bible and that for more information he should read the tracts (gave him both the IHGWSM and TEOCAAA tracts), go to the website and can also write for more information through email address provided.
Karonga did not get tracts as per plan because I had distributed in other cities more than planned but especially small small towns and villages where we stopped as we travelled throughout Zambia and Malawi.
Karonga is a city just a few kilometers from Tanzania border and so as soon as I finished sharing the tracts I left for Tanzania border where I took a Bus and travelled back to Dar es Salaam, arriving in the morning hours today marking the conclusion of my first efforts for 2025.
I am sharing a few photos of Karonga city along with this report.
Looking at where I started in Zambia, I am grateful to the Lord for His travelling mercies, I also had a number of individuals who helped me find hotels, locations to share tracts and even sharing the tracts one of which is Herald in Mzuzu.
May the Lord Almighty grant salvation unto His people, with my eyes I can say many people responded and hope many among them will indeed become saved
Thank you so much for the finances, prayers throughout the trip.

There are many worthy causes today asking for donations, but none hold a candle to the saving of a soul from eternal death, and the probability of God saving through the proclamation of the true gospel using sources outside the churches has never been greater than in our day when we know that the visible return of Christ is imminent. We also know that Christ will not return until every last one of God’s elect has become saved, and the only means by which God saves is through the proclamation of the TRUE GOSPEL. The only ones qualified and mandated to proclaim the true gospel today are those of us who understand the True Gospel, that it is 100% by grace according to God’s timetable, and that salvation will continue right to the Last Day when we shall see Christ. The urgency to publish the true gospel has never been greater. May the LORD richly bless you as you pray for the work and consider what you can give to our LORD. Remember that Christ declared in Matthew 25 that as we share the gospel, which spiritually is equivalent to clothing the naked and visiting those who are in prison, we are ministering to Christ himself!
Luke 6:38 Give, and it shall be given unto you; good measure, pressed down, and shaken together, and running over, shall men give into your bosom. For with the same measure that ye mete withal it shall be measured to you again.
Romans 10:14-15 How then shall they call on him in whom they have not believed? and how shall they believe in him of whom they have not heard? and how shall they hear without a preacher? And how shall they preach, except they be sent? as it is written, How beautiful are the feet of them that preach the gospel of peace, and bring glad tidings of good things!
